What Can You Expect?

At ACP we offer a “trial run” assessment centre designed and led by experienced assessors who have years of experience delivering centres for a variety of organisations in the private and public sectors. The process begins with an initial discussion to identify your objectives and what you would benefit most from. Next follows the practise centre which includes:

·         Completion of a personality questionnaire on line, prior to the session

·         Competency based interview with personality questionnaire feedback

·         Group Discussion

·         Management role play

·         Presentation

·         Psychometric ability tests

Following the session you will receive full and frank feedback of the type you very rarely receive in most selection situations. Most organisations have very limited time or inclination to provide frank feedback to candidates once they have selected and offered the job to their preferred person.
