Q: Aren’t all assessment centres bespoke to specific jobs and organisations? How will practising exercises with ACP help me prepare for the specific centre I am attending?

 A: Most organisations want to measure candidates against behavioural competencies important for the role rather than measuring job-specific knowledge, so most exercises have a generic nature. At ACP we have a broad range of practise exercises, used at our events and sold as practise exercises, at different levels, for different job functions and for various industries.

Q: What type of feedback will I receive after an APC event?

A: After attending an ACP event you will receive written feedback and you will also have the chance to discuss your performance with an ACP consultant to help you identify development actions you can take. You will be assessed with the same rigour as that used in live selection situations and the feedback will be full, frank and developmental.

Q: How much does it cost?
