Psychometric Personality Questionnaire
In some assessment centres you will be required to complete a personality questionnaire, either on the day or, in most cases, in advance of the assessment centre, on line. Best practise suggests that the recruiters should combine use of a personality questionnaire with a feedback interview although this is not carried out in all cases.
If there is a feedback interview, this is your chance to verify your profile. The person feeding back will be looking at your profile and they will be aware of potential strengths and weaknesses emerging. The feedback discussion is your chance to minimise your potential weaknesses by telling the feedback person how you adapt your style to mitigate against your potential weaknesses. Self awareness and description of how you work to improve a possible weak area can come across better then denial.
